With more than 20 years of experience as an investor and a licensed real estate broker, Anthony has a deep understanding of the market and a keen eye for value-add opportunities. Based in the vibrant city of Melbourne, Florida, Anthony balances his professional life with a rich personal life, being a devoted husband and father of two, and an active leader in his local church community.

Impact Storage currently owns and operates facilities across three states, with four strategic locations that cater to a diverse clientele. Our focus is on acquiring self-storage properties that offer significant value-add potential, particularly those over 15,000 square feet. We are actively seeking opportunities in the Midwest and Southeastern United States, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Arkansas, Illinois, South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
