With over 20 years in real estate and ownership of five self-storage facilities across three states, Impact Storage brings deep operational experience to every acquisition.

We specialize in identifying well-located storage properties that may need operational improvements, better systems, or a strategic refresh to reach their full potential. Our focus is simple: implement strong management, modernize processes, improve customer experience, and operate facilities for long-term success.

Before focusing exclusively on self-storage, Anthony built a broad real estate background — wholesaling over 1,000 homes, renovating and flipping more than 40 properties, acquiring and repositioning mobile home parks, managing rental portfolios, and developing speculative homes. That experience sharpened his ability to analyze deals, manage risk, and execute operational turnarounds.

Anthony is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and the founder of Impact Storage. He oversees acquisitions and operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring each facility is run efficiently and professionally. While business growth is important, maintaining balance with family, community involvement, and coaching youth baseball remains a priority — a reflection of the long-term mindset that guides how Impact Storage operates.
